Biogreen® proprietary, pressure
sensitive, viscoelastic memory foam material that is free of dangerous

An independent laboratory even measured no V.O.C. (Volatile
Organic Compounds) outgas ratings for a truly hypo-allergenic,
environmentally friendly, and non-toxic experience. Our 5lb.,
superior density Biogreen memory foam utilizes a proprietary
manufacturing process that produces a finished product that has been
tested at over 10 times the compression strength
for durability under extreme conditions of the required
standards for foam, as set forth by the ASTM International standards
(originally known as the American Society for Testing and Materials). Our
1 inch thick top layer uses our 5lb. SD™, ultra
pressure sensitive, Biogreen®
memory foam.
Underneath this layer, we use our 2 inch
thick, 5lb. SD™-firm,
Biogreen memory foam, for a comfortable and extra supportive transition
layer. The combination of both Biogreen layers will allow the
mattress to be more instantly comfortable in all temperature
environments, but still very supportive and durable in structure. We
then ventilate the
Biogreen foam layers and place underneath it a firm, HR (high
resilient), polyurethane, airflow layer that offers you support, while
still retaining our Patented Airflow Transfer System™. We use a breathable and stretch forming,
non-toxic, fire resistant sock
over our foam and our proprietary luxurious Kool-Flow™
Bamboo fabric cover that has been specially designed to
allow for total breathability for use with our patent pending airflow
circulation technology. This works in synergy to keep your body
temperature regulated all night long. |
